Launch of Past Pupil Association
The launch of the Mill
Hill Past Pupils Association took place on
Friday
28th March 2003 at the Kilkenny Social Services
Centre (which is at the rear of Mill Hill House,
Waterford Road, Kilkenny.)
The Past Pupils Association was
blessed by Fr. Denis Hartnett who is now resident
in Kilkenny and is a committee member. Frank
Walsh the Association chairman addressed the
gathering of over 100 former students.
A
meal was presented to all who attended and it
was a great sense of occasion with old friends
and colleagues meeting again for the first time
in many years.
Many
of the past pupils retired to a local hostelry
and an evening of recollection and old stories
kept a good occasion going into the early hours.
